PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the meeting of the City of Eaton Rapids Zoning Board of Appeals scheduled for April 14, 2021 starting at 7:00 pm will be conducted electronically (online and/or by phone), due to public safety concerns surrounding Coronavirus/COVID-19.  This meeting will be conducted via Zoom Conferencing using Meeting ID 820 7823 2635.  The public may participate in in the meeting through Zoom access by computer and smart phone using the following link:

Public participants will remain muted during the meeting until public comments at which time they will be unmuted and called upon for public comment.

5. Public Comments. This item on the agenda is for the public to present comments to or to ask questions to the Zoning Board of Appeals. If you have comments and questions concerning a Public Hearing on the Agenda, please hold them until the Public Hearing has been opened.  Questions or comments regarding other items on the Agenda will also be taken during consideration of a specific item. Anyone wishing to speak should raise their hand to be recognized by the Chairperson, should stand, give their name and address and proceed with their comment or questions.
6. Public Hearing

208 King Street – Review application for a Variance submitted by Home Renewal Systems, LLC, Farmington Hills, Michigan. Requesting a variance for Article 17, Section 17.10(D), which requires a 36 Unit Apartment Building to have a minimum lot size of 84,600 square feet and Article 17, Section 17.30(F), minimum floor area per dwelling unit.
