2025 BOARD OF REVIEW MEETING SCHEDULE
The Eaton Rapids Board of Review will be held at City Hall, 200 S Main St, on the following dates.
Tuesday, March 4, at 2:00 p.m. Organizational Meeting
Monday March 10, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for Appeals
Wednesday March 12, from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. for Appeals
To schedule a Board of Review appointment and receive a petition, please email randy@taxassessing.com or call 517-541-1555.
By board resolution, residents can protest by letter, provided protest letter is received prior to March 10. Post marks are not accepted.
The tentative ratios and the estimated multipliers for each class Of real property and personal property are as follows
- Commercial – 47.96%
- Residential – 47.37%
- Industrial – 46.39%
- Personal Property – 50.00%
- Utility – 50.00%
The City will provide necessary reasonable services to individuals with disabilities at the Board of Review meetings upon 7 days notice.
