NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF EATON RAPIDS PLANNING COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that the Eaton Rapids Planning Commission will hold a hearing at the
regularly scheduled meeting on November 3, 2025, at 7:00 PM at the Eaton Rapids City Hall, 200 S. Main St., Eaton Rapids, MI.
Said consideration will be for preliminary site plan review of the following
property: Units 28-42 and 46-61, commonly known as Inverness Homes Phase II
For Site Condominium Subdivision.
Owners of property within 300 feet of the above referenced parcels have been mailed a
notice of this meeting. Interested parties will be given the opportunity to be heard at the
public hearing.
