Notice is hereby given for the following Public Hearing to be held by the Eaton Rapids Zoning Board of Appeals on May 14, 2025, at 7:00 PM at the Eaton Rapids City Hall, 200 S. Main St., Eaton Rapids, MI 48827.
Said Hearing will be for the purpose of requesting a variance for the following:
Eaton Rapids Medical Center requests a variance for Article XXII Signs, Section 22.45 signs in the Residential Zoning District. The sign requested is 90 inches tall, with a signage area of 44 square feet, to be located in the front yard (Main St.).
300-065-606-170-01, commonly known as 1500 S. Main Street.
Owners of property within 300 feet of the above-referenced parcel have been mailed a notice of the meeting. Interested parties will be given the opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearing. Written comments can be mailed or dropped off at the City Hall with attention to LeRoy Hummel, Building Official.
