Notice is hereby given for the following Public Hearing to be held by the Eaton Rapids Zoning Board of Appeals on December 14, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, 200 S. Main Street, Eaton Rapids.
Said Hearing will be for the purpose of reviewing a variance application for the following:

Eaton Rapids Public Schools, Eaton Rapids, Michigan is requesting a variance for Article XXII, Section 22.30- Exempt Signs (F) Directional Signs; Section 22.35- Prohibited Signs (H) Off-Premise Sign; Section 22.45- Signs in Residential Zoning Districts (B) Government, School, and Church Signs, for parcel no. 300-002-100- 004-00, property commonly known as 756 State Street.
Eaton Rapids Public Schools, Eaton Rapids, Michigan is requesting a variance for Article XXII, Section 22.30- Exempt Signs (F) Directional Signs; Section 22.45- Signs in Residential Zoning Districts (B) Government, School, and Church Signs, for parcel no. 300-002-100-100-00, property commonly known as 800 State Street.
Eaton Rapids Public Schools, Eaton Rapids, Michigan is requesting a variance for Article XXII, Section 22.30- Exempt Signs (F) Directional Signs; Section 22.45- Signs in Residential Zoning Districts (B) Government, School, and Church Signs, for parcel no. 300-002-100-012-01, property commonly known as 917 Greyhound Drive.
Owners of property within 300 feet of the above parcels have been mailed a notice of this hearing. All interested parties will be given the opportunity to be heard.
