Notice is hereby given for the following Public Hearing to be held by the Eaton Rapids Zoning Board of Appeals on March 16, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, 200 S. Main Street, Eaton Rapids.

Said Hearing will be for the purpose of reviewing a variance application for the following:

Manuel and Karie Gilliland, Eaton Rapids, Michigan is requesting a variance for Article XVIII, Section 18.20 – Accessory Buildings and Structures (B) Garages (2), for parcel no. 300-000-620-060-01, property commonly known as 605 West Street.

Owners of property within 300 feet of the above parcels have been mailed a notice of this hearing.  All interested parties will be given the opportunity to be heard.

Requesting a variance for Article 17, Section 17.10(D), which requires a 36 Unit Apartment Building to have a minimum lot size of 84,600 square feet and Article 17, Section 17.30(F), minimum floor area per dwelling unit.
