Notice is hereby given that the Eaton Rapids Planning Commission will hold a hearing at the regularly scheduled meeting on October 6, 2025, at 7:00 PM at the Eaton Rapids City Hall, 200 S. Main St., Eaton Rapids, MI.
Said consideration will be for a Conditional Use; Article XI General Business District(GBD), Section 11.30 – Conditional Uses (M) for review of the following property:
300-068-601-070-00 commonly known as 109 E. Elizabeth Street
for other commercial uses not specifically stated or implied elsewhere. Use of the building for indoor boat and Recreational Vehicle storage.
Owners of property within 300 feet of the above-referenced parcel have been mailed a notice of this meeting. Interested parties will be given the opportunity to be heard at the public hearing.
