NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLANNING COMMISSION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City of Eaton Rapids Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at the regular meeting scheduled for April 5, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. and will be conducted electronically (online and/or by phone), due to public safety concerns surrounding Coronavirus/COVID-19. This meeting will be conducted via Zoom Conferencing using Meeting ID 833 3010 0185. The public may participate in in the meeting through Zoom access by computer and smart phone using the following link:

Public participants will remain muted during the meeting until public comments at which time they will be unmuted and called upon for public comment.

- Said consideration will be for the review of a conditional use permit for a home based business for property commonly known as:

- Said consideration will be for a lot split application for recently annexed vacant property:

- Said consideration will be for review of a rezoning application for a portion of recently annexed vacant property:

- Said consideration will be for a site plan review to construct a 30×50 building on recently annexed vacant property:

Owners of property within 300 feet of the above referenced parcels will be mailed a notice of this meeting. Interested parties will be given the opportunity to be heard at the public hearing.
