Notice is hereby given for the following Public Hearing to be held by the Eaton Rapids Zoning Board of Appeals on May 14, 2025, at 7:00 PM at the Eaton Rapids City Hall, 200 S. Main St., Eaton Rapids, MI 48827.
Said Hearing will be for the purpose of requesting a variance for the following:
Eaton Rapids Medical Center requests a variance for Article XXII Signs, Section 22.45 signs in the Residential Zoning District. The sign requested is 90 inches tall, with a signage area of 44 square feet, to be located in the front yard (Main St.).

Owners of property within 300 feet of the above-referenced parcel have been mailed a notice of the meeting. Interested parties will be given the opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearing.
